Gagandeep Jassal is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Jassal Lawyers. Admitted to
legal practice in Victoria in 2018, he practises across family law, criminal law, property
and commercial matters, migration law and civil disputes. He regularly represents clients
in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates’ Court of
Victoria.
Before establishing Jassal Lawyers, Gagan worked with Melbourne law practices and
spent more than a decade in accounting roles. His legal and accounting experience enables
him to provide practical and commercially informed advice, particularly in matters
involving businesses, property and financial issues.
His approach combines clear, plain-English advice with careful preparation,
proportionate strategy and a focus on practical and cost-effective resolution. He works
closely with clients to ensure they understand their legal position, available options and
the steps involved in their matter.
