If a visa application has been refused or a visa is being considered for cancellation or has been cancelled, we provide advice on available review rights, applicable time limits and other legal options. Where review rights are available, we assist with preparing the application, evidence and submissions.
Judicial Review
Where an administrative decision may involve jurisdictional error, we advise on judicial review and, where appropriate, act in proceedings before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or the Federal Court of Australia. Judicial review concerns the lawfulness of the decision-making process rather than a fresh assessment of the merits.
